Live on 2 October 2026

Paid plans went live on 2 October 2026, with five payment methods, team pricing, a trial and an affiliate wallet, all tested end to end before launch.

A free product turned into a paid one on a fixed launch day
One-tap checkout with the wallets people already use
Affiliate payouts the owner controls
Every billing path tested before going live
/ The challenge

Where the bottleneck actually was

Turning a free product into a paid one is risky. Pricing has to be clear, checkout has to be quick on a phone, teams need seats, and existing users must not feel tricked. The owner also wanted an affiliate programme, but with full control: no commission or refund paid out without their approval.

Moving free users to paid plans without breaking trust.
Checkout has to be fast on a phone, or people leave.
Team pricing with seats that change mid-subscription.
An affiliate programme where the owner keeps control of every payout.
/ What we built

A system built around the real workflow

We built billing on Stripe around the product's real plans: a free plan, Amateur and Pro, monthly or yearly, with a 7-day trial and team seats that get cheaper as the team grows. Checkout takes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Revolut Pay. Affiliates get their own link and a wallet inside the app, and every commission and refund is sent to the owner to approve with one tap. Withdrawal follows consumer law, and Stripe's events keep every account's plan in sync automatically.
