Total Football Studio is a tactics app for football coaches, on the web and on iPhone. We wrote the software, made the videos, and built the marketing, the emails, the logins, the database and the payments.
No ads. Every view, follower and sign-up came from organic content. Every system your business might need is on this page, working in production.
Each system hands the person to the next one. That chain is what most businesses are missing: they have some of the pieces, but nothing connects them.
A short made entirely by code shows up in their feed. No ads, just organic reach.
Motion Graphics Content Engine →They type "433" and get the link in a private message within seconds.
Comment-to-DM Automation →A fast page, also found through Google and AI assistants, asks for their email.
Website, SEO & Domain Move →A free playbook, a welcome series and a regular newsletter.
Email Marketing & Automation →With Google, Apple or an email link, on the web or the iPhone app.
Login With Google & Apple →They draw tactics, animate them and share them with their team.
Total Football Studio: The Software →A trial, then a plan, with Apple Pay or Google Pay in one tap.
Subscriptions, Payments & Affiliates →Every card opens a full case study: the problem, what we built, the results, and how a business like yours could use it.
A full software product built from an empty folder: a web app where football coaches draw and animate tactics, a native iPhone and iPad app on the App Store, team accounts, live sessions and paid plans. Hundreds of users signed up in its first couple of weeks.
A video system where every frame is made by code, not edited by hand. It turned a football channel with flat results into 30M+ views in the last three months and 80K+ followers across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, all from organic content.
Viewers comment one word under a video and get a private message with the link within seconds, on Instagram and Facebook. Built on Meta's own API with no ManyChat subscription, it has answered hundreds of comments automatically.
Every email a product sends, built and owned end to end: sign-up and login emails, a welcome series, team invites, a free-gift email and a regular newsletter. When the first email provider ran out of credit, mail moved to a backup automatically.
One-tap sign-in with Google and Apple, plus email magic links, working the same on the website and the iPhone app. It handles the cases most apps get wrong, like Apple users who hide or never share their email.
The database and backend behind the whole product: dozens of tested changes, 20+ cloud functions, private storage for children's photos, real-time live sessions, and a daily report that tells the owner how many people actually used the product.
A fast, search-friendly website with dozens of pages: guides, a tactics library, feature pages and pages written for AI assistants. We also moved the whole site to a new domain, done by the book so rankings carry over.
Paid plans with a free tier, a 7-day trial, team seats, Apple Pay and Google Pay, an affiliate programme with an in-app wallet, and a legal withdrawal flow. Live on 2 October 2026.
Every week without a working product is a week of guessing. We ship something real every week and let users tell us what comes next.
Every system here runs in production with real users and real money. You are not paying for us to learn.
We build the pieces to work together: your videos feed your list, your list feeds your sales, and your data shows what works.
Most clients start with the system that hurts most today, like comment-to-DM or email, and add the rest when it pays for itself.
A software product for football coaches: an animated tactics board on the web and on iPhone and iPad, with team accounts, voice-over videos and paid plans. It is built and run by Naurra.
No, it is our own business. That is why we can show how every part was built and what it achieved.
No. The views, the followers and the sign-ups all came from organic content: short videos, comments turned into messages, and pages that rank in search.
Yes. Each of the eight systems works on its own, for any industry. Most businesses start with one, such as comment-to-DM or email automation, and add the rest over time.
